Samantha Musgrave

Certified Yoga Instructor

Samantha has a Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Alberta.
In addition, a Bachelor degree in Conservation Biology. She has also graduated from the
Kshatriya teacher training program at Lion’s Breath yoga in 2010 and is a certified yoga
instructor. She has studied the following styles: hatha, ashtanga, restorative, yin, and creative vinyasa
flows.

Samantha is a strong believer in the power of restorative yoga and that a well rounded
practice should include a variety of styles. She loves to share her passion of yoga with
everybody and that yoga is for everyBODY.
